Nestled in the heart of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, Fishguard Bay Resort boasts the most magnificent 360 degree panoramic coastal views. Boasting a plethora of accommodation types, including luxury holiday cottages and lodges with private hot tubs, static caravans, touring, camping and clamping sites, the resort caters to all palates and pockets. The common denominator of course being the awesome views.
The Wales Coast Path meanders through the site, and is a favourite for ramblers who enjoy the wildlife, flora and fauna that adorn the site. Schools of dolphins are frequent visitors to the resort’s shores!
Such is the nature of the site, the proprietors go to great lengths to preserve the integrity of the space they occupy, keen to ensure the sustainability of this location for future generations to come. Testament to this is the achievement of the David Bellamy ‘Gold’ Conservation Award of which the team is enormously proud. A visit to Fishguard Bay Resort presents the perfect opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday modern life.
The resort boasts an on-site shop, stocking everything you will need on your stay, a pamper pod offering a variety of relaxing, holistic treatments, communal areas and games rooms to name but a few hidden treasures that await you on arrival, and the multi-award-winning Guest Relations Team is always on hand to assist in any way possible to help you get the very best from your stay. Exceptionally appointed between Fishguard town and Newport, there are no shortage of restaurants and gastro pubs in addition to the most wonderful beaches and walkways.
We recently stayed in a 3-Bed lodge at Fishguard Bay Resort with our 9-week old baby on our first little family holiday. From the website and reviews we definitely had high expectations of the accommodation and setting but we were blown away when we arrived.
I come from the hospitality industry and always find it hard to enjoy overnight stays elsewhere due to high expectations, however our stay at Fishguard Bay was faultless. When we arrived we were wowed, the Arwelfa Lodge is literally amazing.
