Dog friendly lodges are well equipped and clean. The lodges are in a great location for walking and the salmon fishing is on your door step. We booked 3 days salmon fishing, we didn't catch any but we saw 7 salmon jumping. The scenery is breathtaking in all weather. The owners Frank and Juliet are warm and friendly.
The cottage was finished to a high standard and owners were very helpful with arranging fishing for beginners and many other helpful tips. We were told that if we left peanut butter bread out at night we might get to see a badger and we sure did! Weather was good, had only a couple days rain in the week we stayed and we were lucky to catch a meteor shower the first night we were there. Our 4-year-old son insisted to walk to the nearby river every morning and evening, he absolutely loved the place! I highly recommend!
