Greengate Cottage was formerly 4 miners cottages which have been converted in to one large cottage whilst keeping the original beamed ceilings, and an open fire.
Recently refurbished to a high standard set in the picturesque village of Hutton-Le-Hole, one of Yorkshire's prettiest villages. A small garden at the front of the cottage with views into the village and a garden with patio at the rear. Greengate Cottage is also an ideal base for exploring the North Yorkshire Moors and there are fantastic walking and cycling routes within easy reach.
Kirkbymoorside is approximately 4 miles away, whilst the seaside towns of Whitby, Filey, Scarborough, Robin's Hood Bay, and Sandsend are all easily accessible and provide their own dramatic scenery and attractions. Flamingoland with its modern rides and zoo is a 20-minute drive from Greengate.
"A gorgeous cottage in the centre of a very small, very picturesque village. Walks on the moors are possible from the cottage, and the local shops and tea rooms make the immediate experience complete. The cottage is warm and well thought through, and is well decorated and equipped. Lovely touches are the open fire, views through the village, and the local sheep pottering around right outside.”
“Fantastic Cottage based in the picturesque village of Hutton Le Hole. Ideally based in the North Yorkshire Moors. 5 Stars! Thanks for all your help David”
