Surrounded by myths and legends, deep within a sheltered valley lies Chambercombe Manor, a unique 11th Century historic Manor House with beautiful gardens.
Dating back to the 11th century and recorded in the Domesday Book, previous owners include Lady Jane Grey's father, the Duke of Suffolk. Chambercombe retains many of its original features including a plaster Tudor frieze, a selection of interesting pieces of period furniture and the secret chamber where a skeleton found! After taking the guided tour enjoy a cream tea in our Tea rooms.
We offer bed and breakfast accommodation from 4-6 people during certain times of the year. We also have 5 Self Catering Cottages, each sleeping 2-6 people available all year round.
