There are two double bedrooms, which can also be a twin, each with TV, one with en-suite bathroom, the other having a separate shower room.

There's a comfortable guest lounge with a real wood-burning stove and you will find the accommodation modern yet very cosy.

A full English breakfast is served in the dining area or on the patio.

Ideal location for travelling around Kent, set well back from the main road to allow you to only hear the sound of birds. We found our stay to be extremely relaxing. Perfect if you love nature as all you can see is green fields, horses, sheep and a lone chicken! Room was cosy and homely and we were made very welcome. Would definitely recommend and we will be returning!

We wanted somewhere for a quiet weekend getaway, and the three chimneys certainly did not disappoint! Excellent accommodation in a lovely secluded rural setting, with great villages and pubs nearby. Would highly recommend.
