Where do I start went here this week for 2 nights with my 2 children the hotel is perfectly located , Sue is the perfect hotelier .
Our room with en suite was perfect for our needs and very clean.
Breakfast one of the best I have had I will not hesitate to stay here again .

we stayed in room 5 , 1 double bed and single bed with a lovely sea view. A couple with a 9 year old We had a Lovely breakfast and Sue and her helpers couldn't do more to make sure we were OK. It was a Great location for the Tram and the Pier and the Promenade.

What a great hotel! Right in the heart of Llandudno. Lovely, clean and very homely. Comfortable beds and spacious. Sue the owner is wonderful. Very welcoming kind and very helpful. Breakfast was great. Will definitely be back the next time we visit Llandudno. Thank you very much.
