Officially opened in December of 1976, Llyn Brenig, at 920-acres, is one of the largest lakes (or llynnoedd) in Wales and is home to one of the few remaining fisheries preserved exclusively for fly-fishing. There are cycles available to hire from 9am-5pm with prices starting from £7 for children and £10 for adults, with several trails available at different lengths and terrains to suit all abilities. If you prefer to take a more relaxing stroll, there are many different walking routes too, offering stunning views, depending on the time of year and the time of day, and wildlife to be seen along the way. For a fantastic day out for all, look no further than Llyn Brenig.
